Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be ecstatic with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 business days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the merchandise total (not including shipping costs) within 14 business days of delivery. To return an item, please contact us to receive returning information.
Please note that all returns are your responsibility, and you will have to cover the return shipping costs. A return fee of 11.00 for most items will be withdrawn from your total. Larger items such as blanket ladders, and accent furniture a return fee of 35.00 will be withdrawn from your total. Please inquire what is considered a larger item at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return label will be emailed to you.
All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If the return is accepted, we'll send the return information for you to ship your items in 24 to 48 hours. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in 24 hours. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of damaged or defective items, please inform us within 7 business days from the receipt of the item. After 7 business days, we will be unable to process your claim. Also, we request you to take photographs of the damaged item in as is condition to assess the situation better and speed up the process.
Any defect with Lighting has a 30 days claim policy. Please notify us at email@example.com for any issues with the fixture. However, damages with Lighting at the time of receipt, should be reported within 7 business days of receipt of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Other than the unlikely event of severe product defect, furniture over 75lbs are considered final sale.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
- Lighting fixtures that have been installed and/or tampered with are not eligible for a refund
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The fastest way to receive your desired item, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
